Chi Lambda Lambda, an award-winning graduate chapter in Chicago’s south suburbs, was managing membership, dues, events, and communications across spreadsheets, email, and payment apps. The mandate: a public presence built strictly to national brand guidelines, plus a private layer where members and officers actually get work done.
